Overview
Use this guide to help passengers access the LUXY Ride Web Portal. All screenshots show the web from the passenger's point of view so you can guide them through the process.
Passengers can book their own rides in the web portal, but those rides will not be associated with your agency. You can still book rides for them through your agency at any time.
Steps
- Before a passenger can log in to the LUXY Ride web portal, they must have an A passenger profile that has been activated for luxyride.com or LUXY Ride App access via password creation. Active passengers can log in themselves to view and manage their bookings, in addition to receiving trip notifications by SMS and email. account. See Activate a Passenger for instructions.
- Go to luxyride.com.
- Select Log in and then Customer Login from the dropdown.
- Enter the email address and password associated with the passenger's account, then select Log In.
