Insurance & Licensing
Drivers must have proper licensing within their state to provide black car service for ground and airport trips alike. Additionally, they must provide commercial insurance and registration information to LUXY™ for any qualifying vehicles.

We require that all our drivers be thoroughly verified and approved by our team. This helps us ensure passenger safety and bring on qualified professionals as partners.

The driver app seamlessly communicates with our passenger app to keep you connected and make your job easier while on the go. All rides with LUXY must be started and completed by the driver on the app to receive proper payout.
LUXY’s Partner Portal
Claim & manage rides, view payments and organize vehicles & drivers, all through the LUXY Partner Portal. Rides claimed here will automatically sync to the LUXY Driver App of the driver assigned to the ride. Find rides to fill your empty legs through our Scheduler tool. All ride payouts and adjustments are located here for easy tracking and organization.

Where Do I Find Pricing?
To get a free quote for a ride, provide your pickup/destination addresses, date, and time at luxyride.com or on the LUXY Ride mobile app. You may also obtain a quote via our 24/7 live chat or call center at 833-438-5899.
LUXY's customer-centric approach prioritizes transparency and convenience. The initial quote you will see includes taxes, tolls, and gratuity to your assigned chauffeur. If you choose to add any services such as a Meet & Greet or a Car Seat, it will be included in your Grand Total prior to completing your booking. This helps you avoid any surprises later on.

What’s the Maximum Capacity of Your Vehicles?
Sedans:
Sedan rides can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, and 2 pieces of checkable size luggage.*
SUVs:
SUV rides can accommodate a maximum of 3 people and 3 pieces of checkable size luggage.*
SUV-XLs:
SUV-XL rides can accommodate a maximum of 5 people and 5 pieces of checkable size luggage.*
All passengers are to sit in the rear of the vehicle and may not sit in the front seat at any time. Drivers have a right to refuse a ride based on passenger and or luggage capacity overages due to safety reasons. This would be considered a passenger no show and would not be refund eligible.
Vans, Mini-buses, Party Buses, Stretch Limos will be arranged by capacity allowed of the vehicle.
*Average checked luggage size is between 25- to 29-inches tall, with various widths. If your luggage is larger than this, please call us at 833-438-5899, to help determine the best vehicle size for your trip.
