One of the keys to navigating any airport smoothly is understanding its layout. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport consists of two terminals, the Domestic Terminal and the International Terminal. The Domestic terminal has multiple concourses (T,A,B,C,D,& E) so it’s important to know exactly where you need to go.

Between the Domestic Terminal and the International Terminal at ATL International, the Plane Train offers streamlined underground transport from concourse to concourse. The domestic terminal hub is known to host familiar chains restaurants and offerings, while Concourse T offers a few airline lounges and services. Concourses A, B, C, D, and E all provide diverse dining and shopping experiences, including Delta Sky Clubs. The International terminal (Concourse F) offers duty-free shopping, dining, and lounges like Delta Sky Club and The Club at ATL.
Note that the International Terminal is a separate building. It has its own security checkpoints, baggage claim areas, and customs facilities. If you’re flying internationally, you’ll need to check in and go through security in this terminal.
To make navigating the airport even easier, Hartsfield-Jackson provides a range of amenities in addition to the Plane Train, including moving walkways, escalators, and elevators between floors. There are also interactive information kiosks scattered throughout the terminals, offering real-time flight updates and directions to specific gates or amenities. Make sure to take advantage of these resources to ensure a seamless journey.
