We asked LUXY Ride drivers to answer a few questions on driving professionally, and what its like working with LUXY. Today we’re chatting with Harold Pierre-Louis, of J&D Elite Transportation LLC.

Meet Harold, a LUXY driver and partner that provides service around the Grayson, GA area. Driving professionally for three years now, Harold always goes the extra mile to make his passengers comfortable and happy. 

How do you ensure passengers have a fantastic experience?

“I’m people friendly. I provide a safe and clean vehicle with Fiji water, and fresh snacks. I always consider my clients needs so I make sure hand sanitizer, napkins, a computer charging port and universal phone charger are provided. Treat your client the way you would want your grandmother treated.

I make sure to ask all my clients how they prefer the climate in the vehicle, and I also ask if they want music playing. If so, I have a list of the blues essential playing. Always smile, and offer help with luggage, and most importantly I’m always trying to open doors.”

What do you like most about working with LUXY?

“I like the great communication with the app. It can always ensure your arrival time by linking it with Google maps or Waze. 

LUXY provides extensive detail with notes on every trip, and they communicate our information to clients ahead of time. We are also provided with client numbers in case of flight delays– so we both have access to one another.

I love the LUXY Driver App. LUXY also pays an affiliate fare and I love them for that. Everything is professional.”

What makes LUXY stand out as a booking platform? 

The LUXY App and the fact that drivers have 24hrs access to dispatch. 

Most companies don’t provide good service with dispatch and at times the work order information maybe off. With LUXY, the communication is always there.”
