Overview

Use this guide to request a custom quote for special events, large groups, or unique transportation needs. Quotes are provided within 24–48 hours, and each quote includes cancellation terms.

Steps

  1. Log into the LUXY Travel Agent Portal.
  2. Navigate to Special Events, then select Event Quote.4
  3. Select + New Quote.5

  4. Complete the trip details.

    Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. Enter the following information:

    • Pickup Address*
    • Dropoff Address*
    • Number of Passengers* (Enter up to 50 passengers. LUXY can accommodate larger groups; contact the team at support@luxyride.com for assistance.)
    • Number of Luggage* (Enter up to 50. LUXY can accommodate more; contact the team at support@luxyride.com for assistance.)
    • Pickup Date*
    • Pickup Time*
    • Ride Type (optional) — Select Hourly if the passenger needs a vehicle and driver for a set period of time rather than transportation between two locations.
  5. Select Request Quote.3
  6. If multiple trips or vehicles are needed, select Add Another Trip and enter the details for each. Once all trips and vehicles have been added, select Request Quote.2
  7. You can view your event quotes under the Event Quote tab.
