Overview

Use this guide to resend a booking confirmation for an existing ride to the passenger.

Steps

  1. Log into the LUXY Travel Agent Portal.
  2. Navigate to Rides and select All from the dropdown menu.1
  3. Locate the ride you want to resend the confirmation for. Select the Mail icon next to the ride. The booking confirmation will be automatically resent.32
