Overview
Optional add-ons available at booking, including Meet & Greet, Flexible Cancellation, pet accommodation, and child seats. are optional services and features that can be added to a booking to accommodate a passenger's needs or preferences.
Trip Extras include:
- A Trip Extra that allows an eligible booking to be canceled for a refund of the ride fare, subject to a non-refundable fee.
- A Trip Extra where the chauffeur meets the passenger inside the arrivals terminal or at baggage claim, rather than curbside, and assists with luggage. Available for an additional fee.
- A Trip Extra for passengers traveling with a pet for an additional fee. Pets must be secured in a kennel or carrier, with weight-based vehicle requirements.
- A Trip Extra available for passengers who need a child safety seat. An additional fee applies when a child seat is requested through LUXY. Passengers may also bring their own child safety seat at no additional charge. Passengers are responsible for installing their own child seat and complying with applicable child safety laws.
- A Trip Extra entered at booking that applies a discount to the ride fare.
Flexible Cancellation
Flexible Cancellation allows eligible bookings to be canceled within the applicable cancellation window for a refund of the ride fare. The Flexible Cancellation fee itself is non-refundable.
Point to Point Rides
- Optional $8 fee
- Cancel at least 3 hours before pickup to receive a refund of the ride fare.
Hourly Rides
- Mandatory $50 fee
- Cancel at least 12 hours before pickup to receive a refund of the ride fare.
Special Events & Specialty Vehicles
Cancellation terms vary by transportation partner and will be included with each quote.
Arrival Meet & Greet
Arrival Meet & Greet allows the chauffeur to meet the passenger inside the airport terminal. Without this service, the chauffeur will meet the passenger curbside.
- $25 fee
- An optional Meet & Greet note of up to 25 characters can be added during booking.
Pet Accommodation
Select this option if the passenger will be traveling with one or more pets.
- $30 fee, regardless of the number of pets
- No fee for service animals
Requirements
- Pets must be secured in a kennel or carrier unless they are service animals.
- Pets weighing 25 lbs or less may travel in a lap carrier.
- Pets over 25 lbs require an SUV or larger vehicle and must be secured on a protective mat or in a kennel/carrier.
- Additional charges may apply if a pet is not disclosed during booking.
- LUXY reserves the right to refuse service if these requirements are not met.
- A sanitation fee may apply, based on the level of cleaning required.
Child Seat
Select this option when a passenger requires a child safety seat.
- Each child seat costs $25.
- Each child seat counts as one passenger toward the vehicle's passenger capacity.
- Passengers may bring their own child seat at no additional cost.
- Chauffeurs are not permitted to install child seats. The passenger or traveling party is responsible for proper installation.
- Passengers are responsible for complying with all applicable child passenger safety laws.
Promo Code
If you have a valid promo code, enter it during booking to apply any eligible discount to your reservation.
Promo codes may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, or other restrictions.
