Overview
This guide covers The percentage of a booking’s fare earned by a travel agenct for eligible bookings made through their travel agency account. Commissions are paid to the agency as a whole, not to individual agents. Your agency must provide a completed W-9 and direct deposit information during onboarding to receive payouts.
Commission Rate
Travel Agents earn a 10% commission on the base fare for all eligible rides booked via the Agent Dashboard.
Payout Timing
Payouts are issued to your agency only after the ride has been completed.
Payouts occur on the first Friday of a full calendar week following the end of the monthly pay cycle.
