Overview

Use this guide to activate your LUXY travel agent account after you have been invited to join an agency or to reactivate your account after it's been deactivated. 

Steps

  1. Open the activation email sent after your agency invites you or reactivates your account, then select Activate Account.3
  2. Create a password that meets the requirements below, check the box to agree to LUXY's Terms and Conditions, then select Activate.
    • At least 8 characters
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one lowercase letter
    • At least one number
    • At least one special character2
  3. Once activated, the Travel Agent will appear under Active Travel Agent in your agency's account. Log Into the LUXY Travel Agent portal to start booking rides. 1
