Pre-arranged car service in Sacramento
For Journeys that Matter
LUXY Ride is a technology platform for pre-arranged professional black car transportation in Sacramento. LUXY connects you with a professional chauffeur through our partner network.
Your fare appears before you book, and your trip is confirmed in advance. Business and government travelers can book a single transfer or a chauffeur by the hour for airport arrivals, convention center days, and meetings downtown. Pickup details arrive with your booking confirmation, and a text tells you when your chauffeur departs, with an ETA for pickup.
Getting to and from Sacramento International Airport
The airport's ground transportation map shows Terminal A and Terminal B. It lists "Pre-Arranged Transportation" as its own category, apart from its app based ride share pickup zones, and it does not publish pickup addresses in text. Your assigned chauffeur's pickup details arrive with your booking confirmation.
Flight tracking adjusts your pickup timing when your flight runs early or late. Visit Sacramento calls SMF the closest airport to wine country, which matters if your trip continues beyond the city.
Book in advance, see your upfront fare before you confirm, and receive your assigned chauffeur's details before your trip. Your quoted fare includes gratuity and tolls.
Why Business Travelers Book Ground Transportation in Sacramento
The SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in downtown Sacramento has 160,000 square feet of exhibit space and 85,000 square feet of meeting space, according to Visit Sacramento. More than 2,000 hotel rooms sit within a 1.2 mile walk of the center, and about 4,000 are within three miles.
With that much lodging close by, many attendees will not need a car between the hotel and the hall. A booked ride earns its place on the legs that walking does not cover, such as the airport arrival and departure.
Three Sacramento Places to Plan a Ride Around, as of October 2026
SAFE Credit Union Convention Center.
Visit Sacramento places the West Lobby at 13th and K Streets and the East Lobby at 15th and K Streets. Choose the entrance your event uses when you enter your destination.
Golden 1 Center.
Visit Sacramento describes the downtown arena as walkable, home to the Sacramento Kings, and able to host up to 15,000 guests at large events. For guests staying downtown, the ride that matters most is usually the airport leg, so book that one ahead on busy event dates.
California State Capitol Museum
The museum is at 1315 10th Street, open 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday with free admission and no public parking, and Capitol Park is open daily. Without public parking on site, a pre-arranged ride lets you set your arrival time before you leave.
