ATL AIRPORT
What Hartsfield-Jackson says about pre-arranged rides
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) publishes its own rules for limousine and car service, and they center on booking ahead. The table below summarizes what the airport and Discover Atlanta say. Your assigned chauffeur's pickup details arrive with your booking confirmation, and flight tracking adjusts your pickup timing for airport arrivals.
WHY ATLANTA
Why Travelers Come to Atlanta
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority describes its downtown campus as spanning more than 200 acres and as the largest combined convention, sports, and entertainment destination in North America. Discover Atlanta counts more than 11,700 hotel rooms and 300 dining options in the convention and entertainment district. It calls the convention center the fourth-largest in the U.S., with 1.4 million square feet of exhibit space across four buildings.
Business travel reaches beyond downtown. The Metro Atlanta Chamber says all but two of Georgia's 19 Fortune 500 companies are based in the region, naming Delta, Coca-Cola, Home Depot, and UPS, based on Fortune's 2023 list. For a team visiting the region, a business account covers team travel in one place. Traveling for the GBTA convention? Places Atlanta Travelers Head To
Georgia World Congress Center
The convention center is at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30313, on the downtown campus run by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority. For a conference trip, enter that address when you book and your fare appears before you confirm.
Centennial Olympic Park
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority describes Centennial Olympic Park as a 22 acre greenspace tied to the 1996 Summer Olympics. It sits in the same downtown district as the convention center, so a visit can fit around a conference day, and you can book that ride as its own trip.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium
The stadium's transportation page lists two rideshare zones and the SEC District MARTA station, and it gives no car service instructions. When you book a ride for an event there, enter the stadium as your destination and your pickup details arrive with your booking confirmation.
Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, Buckhead
PCMA describes Buckhead as offering more than 200,000 square feet of meeting space within walking distance of Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, in a 2019 article. For a meeting or a shopping trip in that district, book ahead and enter Buckhead as your destination.
