The United Terminal is Terminal 1 at O’Hare International Airport (ORD). It is the newest and largest of O’Hare’s terminals and is home to United and United Express. The terminal has two concourses (B & C) and is connected to the rest of the airport via the ATS (airport transit system).

If you know which gate your flight will depart from, you can easily navigate your way to it in Terminal 1. There are clearly marked signs throughout the airport to help travelers locate their where they need to be, and plenty of helpful customer service representatives are typically around to assist as well.

United has also implemented several additional customer service measures, including customer service desks and customer service kiosks. You can use these kiosks to access flight information, book flights, print your boarding pass, and even get customer service. Closer to the boarding gates, you can also find aircrew who are there to help in case of any issues.
