Q: Is the fare per person or per vehicle?

A: LUXY rides are quoted per vehicle. When using our booking widget, select your pickup and drop off locations, the date and time that we’ll be picking you up, and on the next screen, select the vehicle that will best fit your group size. Don’t forget to account for the luggage you’re bringing with you!

Q: What kind of vehicles does LUXY offer?

A: LUXY offers three primary vehicle types to help you find the right fit for your trip, including:

• Luxury Sedans (up to 3 passengers & 2 pieces of checkable-sized luggage)
• SUVs (up to 4 passengers & 4 pieces of checkable-sized luggage)
• SUV XLs (up to 6 passengers & 6 pieces of checkable-sized luggage)

We also provide the following vehicle options, if booked ahead of time with our customer care team:

• Executive Vans (larger groups)
• Mini Busses, Party Busses, and Stretch Limos (by the hour for events)

Q: Are rides available 24/7?

A: Yes! We recommend booking in advance to let us know when you will need a ride, but we have drivers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you get where you need to go in style.

While we’re not on-demand nationwide yet, you can typically book a ride at most major airports 1-3 hours ahead of time and in other large metro areas, about 6 hours ahead of time.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, either when you book your flight or 1-3 months ahead of your event, to secure the best rate and ensure we have a driver available for your trip.

Q: What if my flight is delayed?

A: If you enter your flight details into your LUXY reservation, your driver will keep an eye on the skies as you’re flying in and they’ll wait for you, even if there’s a delay. Did you forget to add your flight info? No problem! Contact our Customer Care Team, and we’ll make sure it’s added.

Q: Are pets allowed in LUXY vehicles?

A: Of course! We love animals, big and small. Whether you’re traveling with your cat, dog, or emotional support animal, just select the “Traveling with Pet” option in your reservation and we’ll ensure there’s ample space for your companion. This amenity does incur an additional fee, but we’ll give you all the details up-front in your reservation.

A few things to keep in mind when traveling with pets:

• Per ADA requirements, animals* must be kenneled to board the vehicle.
• There is no weight limit; however, pets over 25 pounds require an SUV or larger vehicle.
• Pets 25 pounds or less may travel in a lap carrier.
• You may bring up to two animals with the Pet Travel add-on .
• If you’re bringing more than one animal, an SUV XL is required.
• Any type of animal is welcome, as long as they meet the above guidelines.
