How to Modify Your Ride

Once you have booked a ride, you’ll have the ability to make changes and edits to your trip within the LUXY Ride App, up to three hours before your scheduled pick-up time. 

Steps to Modify Your Ride:

• Once you’ve logged in, begin by selecting All Trips from the left-side menu. Here you will see any past, in-progress or upcoming trips:

• Select Upcoming Rides to find the one you would like to change. Here you will see a list of any rides you have booked that have not happened yet. 

• Next, select the trip you would like to make a change to, and click Edit Ride.

• You will now have the ability to make changes to the ride date or time, the pickup or drop-off location, vehicle type, and more.

• After the necessary changes have been made, review the Ride Breakdown to make sure everything looks correct.

• Click on Confirm Booking to save your edits. Any updates or modifications made to your ride will immediately reflect in the Upcoming Rides view.
