How it works:
We partnered with the largest network of local black car services and built technology to increase their efficiency on the road while reducing carbon emissions. By minimizing the wasted fuel and time spent traveling empty, we can then pass those savings on to the traveler.
Steps to book a ride from LUXY™ Concierge:
First, you’ll need to enter the pickup and drop off address along with the date and time of your trip. Once you click the ‘Get Quote’ button, you’ll select from our available list of vehicle types. These options include your base price, the max capacity for luggage and passengers, as well as, the estimated drop-off time.
Now we’ll need to know who’s traveling. You can search for a passenger by entering their first name, last name, phone number, or email address. If this is for a first time passenger you can add their details from this section and then an account activation email will be sent to create their profile.
If the passenger is traveling to or from an airport, you can add the flight information just by searching for the airline code and then enter the flight number. All flights are being tracked and we also send flight alert emails if there are any updates to your trip.
Passenger Notes will be sent right to the chauffeur and Internal Notes will only be seen between you and LUXY™.
Don’t forget to secure your ride from last-minute changes with Trip Protection. You can add Meet and Greet and your chauffeur will meet the passenger right at baggage claim with a name sign. You can even include Pet service or request a child seat.
When you’re adding your payment method for the first time you can select ‘Save this Card’ and the payment info will be stored to the passenger’s profile or you can select from a previously saved card for easy booking.
And that’s it! Once you review your Trip Summary you can select ‘Confirm Booking’. Then you and the passenger will both receive a booking confirmation receipt for your records.
