We had a wonderful experience with this company. The first driver stayed with my 20 year old female employee until she checked into the hotel. When they told her she had to be 21, he took her to another hotel across the street until she was able to check in. He told her he had 3 daughters and he would not want them to be without transportation in this situation. The 2nd driver was just as kind and helped her get to the airport and got her checked in. They both went out of the way to be sure my employee was safe and comfortable. I will use LUXY every time!

He was on time and made it easy to communicate with while I was walking through the airport to meet him. The LUXY Ride app is a great feature and so easy to use once you download it. LUXY Ride was outstanding in all facets of service. When our flight was cancelled departing Charlotte and no other flights were available for over 24 hours, and no rental car was available, we contacted LUXY Ride who quickly confirmed our ride and provided an excellent price and the name of our driver. Our driver, Kanen couldn't have been more friendly and even more important, he was an excellent driver. He drove us 3.5 hours to our destination. The ride was smooth, quiet and comfortable in his Tesla. LUXY Ride will definitely be our first choice when we need a black car service in the Charlotte area.
